Regular Exercise and Weight Training
Regular physical activity can improve your muscle strength and boost your endurance. Exercise delivers oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and helps your cardiovascular system work more efficiently. And when your heart and lung health improve, you have more energy to tackle daily chores. The fitter you become, the better you tend to feel. Doing weight training is also important, especially because we loose muscle mass as we get older and the only way to stay toned, is to do weight training.
